VEGETABLE TANNED LEATHER – 2 MM DYED LEATHER

A robust and natural leather, perfect for your leatherwork projects. This tan-colored cowhide, with its smooth finish and firm hand, is dyed and nourished directly in the tannery, for a consistent, ready-to-use finish.

Coming from the Masure tannery in Belgium, which specializes in traditional vegetable tanning, this leather has a thickness of 2 mm, ideal for making bags, pouches, fine belts or durable items.

💡 Please note: This leather has received a waterproofing treatment. As with all dyed vegetable-tanned leathers, this is a finished leather, meaning you will not be able to emboss it. However, hot stamping works very well.
