COGNAC BUTT LEATHER - SAUVAGE
This is leather lovers' favorite! Its feel makes it a very pleasant leather to work with. This exceptional leather will allow you to create unique pieces! It is ideal for making leather goods (bags, pouches...), luggage, accessories...
The butt leather from the Sauvage range is a full-grain, vegetable-tanned, through-dyed leather with an "old-fashioned" finish that highlights the leather's natural characteristics (veining, neck wrinkles, and imperfections inherent to the animal's life such as small scars, insect bites...), but these imperfections (in very small numbers) quickly give way to the authenticity of the leather. Over time, this leather will develop a patina and become even more beautiful. Thanks to an aniline finish, it retains all the authenticity and depth of its shade, which will acquire a patina over time.

Deco Cuir Info:
- Flawless leather does not exist. Vegetable-tanned leather is a quality leather that does not hide the traces of the animal's life and develops a patina over time. With this type of leather, you need to judiciously place the patterns of your creations before cutting.
- This is a finished leather, meaning you cannot do tooling on it, but hot stamping works very well.
- On this leather, the flesh side is kept raw, meaning it has not undergone any finishing. Halos or variations in shade may be visible. You can dye it if you wish or add a lining according to your preferences.
