OUR DELIVERY OFFER
Do not hesitate to contact us, if your country is not available for delivery, so that we can make you a tailor-made transport offer.
*Some of our products cannot be shipped worldwide: dyes, whole collars, bench presses, maintenance products...
We no longer deliver to the United Kingdom (UK) since Brexit.
SHIPPING WITHIN 24 HOURS TO 48 HOURS
In order to best meet your needs, we undertake to ship your order within 24 hours to 48 hours on working days following validation and payment of your order .
99% of our products are in stock in our workshop, which allows us to prepare your order and ship it quickly.
Examples:
- if you place your order on Tuesday, it will be shipped no later than Thursday.
- If you place your order on Friday, it will be shipped on Tuesday at the latest.
It is necessary to add the delivery time of carriers which is 'normally' between 24 and 72 hours for mainland France (deadline given as an indication) .
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping costs are calculated based on the products ordered, the destination and the carrier. They are calculated and indicated when choosing delivery in the shopping cart.
Delivery is free for orders over €100 and for delivery in mainland France, Belgium and Luxembourg with Mondial Relay (pickup) and DPD Pickup .
Delivery is free for orders over €150 and for delivery in mainland France with Mondial Relay, DPD Pickup and Colissimo at home .
ESTIMATED SHIPPING COSTS
You can estimate the shipping costs for your order at any time at the bottom of the shopping cart (have at least 1 item in the cart).
CHOICE OF DELIVERY
For deliveries to the relay point: during the summer period, Black Friday and Christmas, it is possible that businesses are saturated or closed. Packages may be redirected to another delivery point which is not known to our services at the time of ordering.
COLISSIMO
Delivery times in mainland France are a maximum of 4 working days. In overseas France, delivery times are on average 20 working days.
Three possibilities with Colissimo:
- Green letter followed - Home delivery (from €2.50).
- Parcel home delivery - without signature
- Parcel home delivery - with signature

MONDIAL RELAY
Delivery to collection points in France and internationally (e.g. Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Luxembourg, Netherlands, etc.). Home delivery is possible in some countries.
Delivery times in mainland France are 3 to 5 working days. For international shipments, the average time is 3 to 6 working days depending on the destinations.
DPD
DPD only delivers to mainland France.
Attention certain areas of France are not served by DPD.

Please note, the choice of the PICKUP DPD relay point is only made after the payment stage (at the time of order confirmation). If you forget, you can click on the “See order details” button in the order confirmation email to select the relay point.
CHRONOPOST
Chronopost offers a fast delivery service.
Two possibilities :
- home delivery the next day before 1 p.m.*
- delivery to Relais Pickup the next day before 1 p.m.*
Be careful for delivery to a relay point, if the pickup is saturated or closed, the package will be delivered the next day: the delay will therefore be 2 to 4 working days. Do not hesitate to consult the general conditions of Chronopost. No compensation can be requested.
*For all orders placed before 1 p.m. Please note, Chronopost does not deliver on Saturday and Sunday: orders placed on Friday will be delivered from Monday.
