OUR DELIVERY OFFER
*Some of our products cannot be shipped worldwide: dyes, whole hides, bench presses, maintenance products...
Since Brexit, we no longer ship to the United Kingdom.
COUNTRIES WITH NO DELIVERY METHOD
For international deliveries not offered on our site (countries for which no transport method is available), we can offer you an EXW (Ex Works) sale. This means it's up to you to arrange transport with the carrier of your choice (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.). Order collection will be from our warehouse: 25 rue de la Liffey, 44750 CAMPBON, France.
To place an EXW order, please contact us beforehand at commercial@decocuir.com, and provide us with the list of desired references and quantities per reference.
You will then receive the corresponding quote (total order excluding delivery method). The order will be prepared within 24-48 hours after receipt of payment. Once the package is ready, we will get back to you with the dimensions and weight of the package so that you can finalize your order with the carrier and send us the shipping labels to affix to the package.
Here is the list of affected countries: South Africa, Algeria, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Chile, Colombia, South Korea, Ivory Coast, Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Georgia, Hong Kong S.A.R. ORDER PREPARED WITHIN 24 TO 48 HOURS
To best meet your needs, we commit to shipping your order within 24 to 48 working hours following validation and payment of your order.
99% of our products are in stock in our workshop, allowing us to prepare and ship your order quickly.
Examples:
- if you place your order on Tuesday, it will be shipped no later than Thursday.
- if you place your order on Friday, it will be shipped no later than Tuesday.
You must add the transit time of the carriers, which is 'normally' between 24 and 72 hours for mainland France (estimated time).
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated based on the products ordered, the destination, and the carrier. They are calculated and indicated at the time of choosing delivery in the shopping cart.
Delivery is free for orders over €100 for delivery in mainland France, Belgium, and Luxembourg with Mondial Relay (pickup) and DPD Pickup.
Delivery is free for orders over €150 for delivery in metropolitan France with Mondial Relay, DPD Pickup, and FEDEX home delivery (Colissimo home delivery for Corsica).
CHOICE OF DELIVERY
For deliveries to a relay point: during the summer, Black Friday, and Christmas periods, it is possible that shops may be saturated or closed. Packages may be redirected to another delivery point that is unknown to our services at the time of order.
FEDEX
An express home delivery service. If the buyer is not at home during delivery, they can add instructions for the delivery person to leave the package in a safe place, reschedule delivery for a later date, or request delivery to a pickup point.
COLISSIMO
Delivery times in metropolitan France are a maximum of 4 working days (5 working days for letters). In overseas France, delivery times average 20 working days.
Three possibilities with Colissimo:

- Parcel home delivery - without signature
- Parcel home delivery - with signature

MONDIAL RELAY
Delivery to a pickup point in France and internationally (e.g., Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Luxembourg, Netherlands...). Home delivery is possible in some countries.
Delivery times in metropolitan France are 3 to 5 working days. For international shipments, the average delay is 3 to 6 working days depending on the destination.
DPD
DPD delivers only in metropolitan France.
Please note some areas of France are not served by DPD.

CHRONOPOST
Chronopost offers a fast delivery service.
Two possibilities:
- home delivery the next day *
- delivery to a Pickup Relay point the next day *
Please note for delivery to a relay point, if the pickup point is saturated or closed, the package will be redelivered the next day: the delay will therefore be 2 to 4 working days. Feel free to consult Chronopost's general terms and conditions. No compensation can be claimed.
Despite all efforts made to deliver quickly, unforeseen events can occur (strikes, bad weather, high traffic) and cause additional delays. No compensation can be claimed.
*For all orders placed before 11 am. Please note, Chronopost does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays: orders placed on Friday will be delivered from Monday.
