Description

BLUE SHOULDER LEATHER

This is the favorite leather for leather lovers! Its touch makes it a very pleasant leather to work with.
This exceptional leather will allow you to create unique creations!
Sauvage shoulder leather is a full-grain, through-dyed vegetable-tanned leather with an "old-fashioned" finish that has the particularity of bringing out the leather's own characteristics (veining, neck wrinkles and natural defects from the animal's life such as small scars, insect bites...) but these imperfections (in very small number) quickly give way to the authenticity of the leather. Over time, this leather will develop a patina and become even more beautiful.
Thanks to an aniline finish, it retains all the authenticity and depth of its shade, which will develop a patina over time.
This leather is distinguished by its natural streaky effect, the neck wrinkles, which adds a touch of character and authenticity to your creations.

Deco Cuir Info:
- Leather without defects does not exist. Vegetable-tanned leather is a quality leather that does not hide the traces of the animal's life and develops a patina over time. With this type of leather, you must judiciously arrange the templates of your creations before cutting.
- This is a finished leather, which means you cannot do tooling on it, but hot stamping works very well.
- On this leather, the flesh side is kept in its raw state, meaning it has not undergone any finishing. Halos or color variations may be visible. You can dye it if you wish or add a lining according to your preferences.

CARE TIPS FOR SAUVAGE LEATHER
Remember to regularly maintain the leather; for this, use a clean cloth or a chamois cloth and apply a nourishing cream or milk. Feel free to consult our guide on leather care.
