Learn to make your leather belt with a craftsman (and take it home with you)!

Duration: 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM
Price: €70, which includes the training and materials for making your leather belt.
Location: at our physical store in Campbon (44), located between Nantes and Saint-Nazaire in Loire-Atlantique.
Beginner level: no technical knowledge required. The belt assembly will be done without sewing so that the training is accessible to everyone. However, the trainer will demonstrate a saddle-stitched belt (if time permits).
Materials and leather are provided.

Our trainer, Anthony Hervy, is a leather craftsman and works with passion and respect for traditions. He will listen to you and answer all your questions.

Program:
- Choose your belt width, vegetable-tanned leather strap color, buckle finish...
- Define your belt size
- Cut the belt tip with a punch or template
- Make belt holes and a slot
- Work the edges with a natural product (Tokonole)
- Cold creasing the leather Make the belt loop
- Secure everything with Chicago screws
- Option: personalize your leather belt with cold marking (word, initials...)
- Nourish and protect your belt with wax

For an afternoon, create your own leather belt!

- If you add the "paper catalog" (free) to your order in the cart, shipping fees will be charged. We advise you to wait until the day of the training to discover it.
- If the number of participants is insufficient, DECO CUIR reserves the right to cancel the training.
- Any withdrawal reported at the latest three weeks before the workshop will not result in any refund unless another trainee takes the available spot.
