This vegetable-tanned butt leather is ideal for your leather goods creations: bags, pouches, satchels… This quality leather comes from the Masure tannery in Belgium.Its grain is artificial, created by embossing. This grained leather has the advantage of being very scratch-resistant.

This leather is already full-depth dyed at the tannery. The color is very uniform, and the grain of the leather has then been covered with a protective layer that gives good color intensity and ensures its waterproofing. On the flesh side, this leather is raw.
Remember to maintain this leather by cleaning it occasionally with glycerine soap, then applying a nourishing layer: wax, grease, oil, cream, or milk.
