LEATHER BOARD FOR SHARPENING / SHARPENING
Maintain the edge of the blades of your cutting tools, your knife or your razor with this leather strop and obtain a perfectly sharp blade!
This strop is a wooden tool made up of a leather on the crust/flesh side for applying the polishing paste and a leather on the grain side for wiping your blade after sharpening (maintaining the edge) .
The paste should be placed on the piece of leather previously oiled by rubbing the stick vigorously.
You then need to pass the blade over the leather alternately front and back, respecting the cutting edge to gradually sharpen the steel of the blade.
Tip : Do an initial sharpening by starting with wet paper (500 grit to start and finish with 1000 grit)
