To celebrate the holiday season and showcase the talent of our community, Deco Cuir is partnering with the prestigious Radermecker tannery for a creative contest focused on vegetable-tanned leather. Share one of your creations made from natural vegetable-tanned leather and try to win exceptional prizes!
How to participate?
- To have made or to make a creation in natural vegetable tanned leather purchased on the Deco Cuir website (a check will be carried out – piece or hide).
- Send us a photo of your creation between November 20th and December 4th to partage@decocuir.com
- Only one entry and one creation per person.
- Sewing, dyeing, embossing, debossing… all techniques are welcome.
Key dates of the competition
- Opening of entries: November 20
- Submission deadline: December 4th (inclusive)
- Jury selection: December 5
- Selection of finalists: on December 5, a jury composed of members of Deco Cuir and the Radermecker tannery will select 10 finalist photos from all the entries received.
Public vote
The 10 finalist creations will be put to a vote:
- on Instagram
- on Facebook
- and on the Deco Cuir website (on this page) .
The 3 creations that received the most likes at the end of the voting period will be the winners.
Prizes to be won – total value of prizes: €580
🥇 1st Prize – Value: Over €300
- 1 Collet Pykara (1.8 mm or 2.3 mm as chosen, surface 1.25 m²) .
- 1 Adjustable Swivel Knife – Oak Leaf pattern.
- 1 steel blade, 300 fixing – IVAN of your choice.
🥈 2nd Prize - Value: over €150
- 1 €20 Deco Cuir gift card.
- 8 Sergey Neskromniy stamps (360 kit and 68 kit) .

The competition is organised by Deco Cuir, in partnership with the Radermecker tannery. - Participation
• The competition is open to any person of legal age.
• Only 1 entry per person and only 1 creation.
• To participate, you must send a photo of a personal creation in natural vegetable tanned leather, made with leather purchased from Deco Cuir (a verification will be made) .
• Permitted techniques: sewing, dyeing, repoussé, embossing. - Competition dates
• Submission period: November 20 to December 4 inclusive.
• Selection of finalists by the jury: December 5.
• Public vote: via Instagram, Facebook and the Deco Cuir website. - Selection of finalists
A Deco Cuir x Radermecker jury will choose 10 finalist creations from all valid entries. - Winners announced
The 3 winners will be those whose photo has obtained the highest number of cumulative likes across all voting platforms. - Prizes to be won
• 1st prize: Collet Pykara + Sergey Neskromniy Swivel Knife + 1 steel blade with 7/32" mounting – IVAN of your choice
• 2nd prize: €20 gift card + 8 Sergey Neskromniy hammers

- Send us a photo of your creation between November 20th and December 4th to partage@decocuir.com with the following information: your first and last name, the email address associated with your Deco Cuir customer account and a description of your creation.
