COMPLETE KIT FOR INSTALLING OSBORNE EYELETS
This complete kit allows you to install eyelets with Osborne washers.
These eyelets with matching washers have a nice finish on both sides. They are perfect for your leather goods creations, to pass laces, bag chains or straps for example.
They can also be used on fabrics, plastic tarps, tents, canvases...
This kit is ideal for beginners.

Additional Osborne eyelets with washers are available for purchase separately (part no. AA334 ).
Assembly :
- Make a hole in the leather using the punch. Place the wooden board under the leather so as not to damage your work surface.
- Place the eyelet on the anvil, then the leather, and finally the washer on top (domed side upwards). Hit the handle with a mallet to crimp the 2 parts of the eyelet together. Hit gently at first then increase the force until the eyelet is mounted. The larger the eyelet, the more force it will take to install it.
- It is recommended to use a wooden or polymer mallet. Steel hammers are not recommended.

Please note : Tools may oxidize over time. It is possible to see traces on a new tool. This is a normal process that does not affect the quality of the product and can be cleaned with a suitable product.
