First make a hole with the inside diameter of your eyelet in your room.
Insert the male part of the eyelet into the hole in the leather, place it on the anvil then fit the female part onto the male part of the eyelet.
Place the installation tool on the eyelet and hit the tool with a hammer to crimp the eyelet onto the washer and that's it!
