Fixative hardener for leather finishing - Deco Leather -60ml

PROTECTIVE AND HARDENING FINISH FOR LEATHER

From 01/11/2025, this product benefits from a new formula , while retaining the same qualities and the same effectiveness.

The leather hardening fixative has 2 functions:
Fixative : It helps to fix the colors of dyes applied to vegetable-tanned leather. In addition, it protects your leather by making it waterproof.
Leather hardener : If you wish to firm up soft leather, simply apply it to the split side of the leather (the reverse side of the grain): the varnish has a hardening function. The hardener will also allow you to smooth the split leather by binding the fibers together, thus giving it a more finished appearance.

Instructions for use :
- Shake the bottle well before use.
- To fix the dye : apply the product in a thin layer to the grain side of the vegetable-tanned leather after applying the dye and let it dry (24 hours). Apply a second coat if necessary.
- To "harden the leather" : apply a thin layer of the product to the tough side of the leather to bind the fibers and strengthen them (suitable for all types of leather). Apply a second coat if necessary. Let it dry for 24 hours.
- Clean the tools with soap and water.

Color: colorless, gives a satin finish to the leather
Water-based product.
Do not use on suede or nubuck leather
