FINISH TO PROTECT THE LEATHER
Fiebing's Resolene Acrylic leather varnish is a thin, flexible, slightly shiny and waterproof varnish. It prevents disgorgement and protects the leather from bad weather.
Be careful, this varnish must be applied in a thin layer otherwise it may crack in the fold areas and make bubbles. This is THE most used finish.
Use :
- Apply a thin layer of Resolene to the leather with a damp sponge or sheep's wool.
Make circular movements to even out the product layer over the entire surface.
- Remove excess product by continuing to rub the leather with the sponge or sheep's wool. Be careful, the product dries quickly so you have to work quickly.
- Let the leather dry overnight to ensure it is completely dry.
- Polish the leather with a new piece of sheep's wool or a soft cloth. Rub the surface until the desired shine is achieved.
