Description
LEATHER SEWING CLAW 1 TOOTH - REVERSED STITCH
This striking claw has a reverse / symmetrical point compared to the "standard" point. This stitch is generally used to sew double-dogging or to make a seam on a creation that has been sewn with a professional sewing machine.
Attention these are claws to mark the leather and not to pierce it (at the risk of damaging them).
Tips for use :
- Use a self-healing mat or an ERTALON plate as a cutting support.
- Your claw must be vertical when you strike.
- Strike with a wooden or polymer mallet. Do not use a steel hammer.
Impact claw 1 tooth, 1.5 mm wide .
Total tool length: 9.5 cm
Hardened steel blade.
Made in China for Deco Leather
Which spacing should I choose for my creation ?
The center distance is the distance between two points: it is to be chosen according to the item you wish to create (aesthetic choice).
The different center distance / wire diameter combinations give different aesthetic results: the choice is yours!
