Angelus leather paint is THE go-to for all product customizers, such as sneakers. This paint can also be used on leather goods (belts, wallets, etc.), saddlery, upholstery, or automotive items.

Tips:
- Stir the paint well to homogenize it before use.
- Glitterlites paint is not opaque. For an even result, we recommend applying a base coat of Angelus basic acrylic leather paint (the closest shade to the glitter color).

The steps for painting your leather with Glitterlites paint are the same as for basic Angelus paint (we recommend watching the videos).

Usage recommendations for shoes:
- It is very important to prepare your shoe before painting to achieve an optimal result. Clean it carefully, even if it is new. You can use Angelus preparer and deglazer (ref. WA056).
Do not use the preparer on any surface other than leather (plastic soles, rubber edges, etc.).
For very smooth leather, such as patent leather, you can very lightly sand the surface with fine sandpaper to ensure the paint adheres well.
- When painting, be sure to apply very thin coats to prevent cracking during drying. The paint is applied with a brush. Allow the Angelus paint to dry thoroughly between coats. Never dry the paint with a hairdryer, as it may crack.
- Apply Glitterlites paint in thin coats with a brush, using up-and-down motions. We recommend applying 2 coats (allow the paint to dry thoroughly between coats so that the glitter adheres well).
- After applying Glitterlites paint, it is not recommended to apply a finisher to maintain the glitter's shine.

Brushes can be cleaned with soapy water or a brush cleaner (Ref. WA075).
