SHEEPSKIN LEATHER FANNY PACK SEWING KIT

Get started on sewing your own crocodile-effect sheepskin leather fanny pack. Its beautiful, timeless color will perfectly complement all your outfits. Kit contents :
- 1 full-size pattern and tutorial (B1 poster)
- 1 piece of sheepskin leather with crocodile effect in cognac color - Surface 0.75 m2 - Thickness 1 mm (surface suitable for the project)
Please note: it may not always be possible to cut the 92 cm strap from the leather. In this case, feel free to shorten it by 10 cm and lengthen the small strap by 10 cm.
- 2 varnished brass T4 double cap rivets
- 1 sliding buckle, brass 25 x 16 mm
- 1 clip closure, brass width 25 mm
- 1 brass zipper beige 4 mm - Length 15 cm
- 1 brass zipper beige 6 mm - Length 30 cm
All delivered in a beautiful reusable cotton tote bag

Required materials (not supplied) :
- Lining fabric 120 x 40 cm wide (not sold on our site, can be found in haberdasheries)
- 1 spool of polyester thread N°30 (diameter 0.41 mm)
- 1 round punch Ø 3 mm
- Double-sided tape 4 mm or 6 mm wide
- Tear-proof tape 15 mm wide
- 1 leather glue
- 1 cutter or 1 pair of scissors
- 1 skiving knife or blade
- Optional: for a perfect edge finish, you can apply an edge finish

Level : Intermediate. This DIY kit is for people who already have some sewing experience and know how to skive leather.

For optimal results, make sure to position your pattern correctly on the leather before cutting. Placement is very important to respect the scale pattern and ensure a harmonious look for your fanny pack.

This bag is sewn with a sewing machine. It can be sewn with a household sewing machine with a walking foot, equipped with a special leather needle and a Teflon foot. Feel free to consult our guide on sewing leather by machine.

SHEEPSKIN LEATHER CARE TIPS
