KHAKI SUEDE LEATHER FANNY PACK SEWING KIT

Get started sewing your own khaki suede leather bag. Its beautiful, timeless color will perfectly match all your outfits. Kit contents:
- 1 full-size pattern and tutorial (B1 poster)
- 1 piece of flexible khaki velvet calf suede leather from the DOLCE range, 1.3 mm thick (surface suitable for the project)
- 2 double-cap nickel-plated varnished T4 rivets
- 1 sliding buckle, nickel-plated 25 x 16 mm
- 1 clip closure, nickel-plated 25 mm wide
- 1 nickel-plated beige zipper 4 mm - Length 15 cm
- 1 nickel-plated beige zipper 6 mm - Length 30 cm
All delivered in a pretty reusable cotton tote bag

Required materials (not supplied) :
- 1 lining 120 x 40 cm wide (we recommend, for example, coated fabric)
- 1 spool of polyester thread n°30 (diameter 0.41 mm)
- 1 round punch Ø 3 mm
- Double-sided tape 5 mm wide
- Tear-resistant tape 15 mm wide
- 1 leather glue
- 1 cutter or 1 pair of scissors
- 1 skiving knife or blade

Level: Intermediate. This DIY kit is for people who already have some sewing experience and know how to skive leather.

This bag is sewn with a sewing machine. It can be sewn with a domestic sewing machine with a dual feed, equipped with a special leather needle and a Teflon foot. Feel free to consult our guide on sewing leather by machine.

CARE TIPS FOR SUEDE LEATHER 

To preserve the velvet appearance of your suede leather, we recommend using a crepe brush or a special velvet cleaner. It is also advisable to first protect your bag using a leather-appropriate waterproofing spray. Feel free to consult our leather care guide.
