Alligator leather information: This alligator leather comes from farms in the United States. The Mississippiensis alligator (Mississippi) is one of the 4 crocodilian leathers authorized for commercialization, along with the Niloticus crocodile (Nile), the Porosus crocodile (marine), and the caiman. Alligator leather is recognizable by its rounded scales on the flanks, which become more structured towards the center of the back.
Crocodile leather has more square scales, while caiman leather has triangular scales. These leathers from farms are of better quality because they have fewer scars.
Order information: No shipping outside the European Union.
Attention: Alligator leather flanks are dyed in baths. Slight variations in shade may appear from one production to another. Our teams ensure that pieces of the same shade are shipped to you within the same order. For your reorders, it is possible to receive a slightly different shade.
