VEGETABLE TANNED LEATHER STRAP
Vegetable-tanned "nourished" butt strap Brown, of very good quality. These straps are cut from first-grade butts. Ideal for making bags or satchels, belts, decorations...
This leather, called "nourished," has been made with more fat than classic leather, which makes it softer while remaining robust. It has a very pleasant "waxy feel."
Through tanning, "old-style" finish that has the particularity of bringing out the inherent characteristics of the leather (veining, neck wrinkles, and natural imperfections from the animal's life such as small scars, insect bites...) but these imperfections (in very small number) quickly give way to the authenticity of the leather. Over time, this leather will develop a patina and become even more beautiful.
