BLACK RECOLOURING CREAM FOR DAMAGED SMOOTH LEATHER
Thanks to its resin-based pigments, Saphir's recolouring cream has strong covering power, allowing it to recolour leather in cases of scratches, discolouration, or wear. Its use reduces imperfections related to a lack of dye on your leather items.
Designed for small damaged areas, it is perfect for shoes, clothing, leather goods, and upholstery made of smooth leather. This recolouring product is not intended for use on large surfaces or for general leather maintenance.
Colours can be mixed to create new shades.
To lighten a shade, you can use the lightening base.
The colour chart is for reference only. A preliminary test on a leather scrap is recommended to validate the shade.
The colour is resistant to rubbing and water.
Directions for use:
- Dust the leather with a brush and clean it if necessary with Saphir's cleaning and polishing milk or Saphir's Réno'mat if the leather is very dirty.
- Apply a small amount of recolouring cream to the damaged area. Application is easy with a cotton pad, foam applicator, or with your fingers (wash your hands with soapy water afterwards).
- Let dry for 10 minutes.
- Repeat application if necessary to achieve the desired coverage.
- For a more fluid texture, you can mix the recolouring cream with a little Saphir universal cream, which makes it easier to spread over a large area and achieve lighter pigmentation.
