WHAT TYPE OF LEATHER SHOULD YOU CHOOSE?
1. Download the pattern
Download the pattern and print it. Then transfer it onto cardboard and cut it out with a cutter.

The pattern is designed for a circumference of 20 centimeters, but it can be adapted to your wrist size. You simply need to remove or add centimeters at the dotted lines on the pattern (P1 & P2).
Also, the pattern allows you to make a single or double bracelet, depending on your preference.

2. Transfer the pattern onto the leather
Transfer the pattern onto the leather using a round awl, which allows for a precise and discreet tracing, without risking staining or altering the surface of the leather.

3. Cut the pieces
Cut the straps and the bracelet.
If you feel comfortable, you can use a half-moon knife, as shown below, for more precision.

4. Punch the holes
Use a Ø 3 mm round punch and a cutter to cut the oblong holes.

5. Skive the straps
Skive the end of the straps at the chape / oblong hole over 1.5 cm.

6. Edge work
Sand the edges using an abrasive sponge.

Draw a decorative line using a wing divider.

Use an edge beveler to round off the edges of the leather to make them more regular and more resistant to wear.
Apply Tokonole to the edges, then rub vigorously with a cloth.
