The salmon leather from the Squama range comes from the French tannery Ictyos, specialized in marine leather. It is an exceptional leather, fine, supple, with natural scales, and a perfectly symmetrical tight grain. This fish leather is very resistant to friction, water, and UV rays. Its unique and unequaled properties compared to terrestrial leather make it an easy material to work with and give a very visually satisfying result. This rare leather is highly sought after for ornamentation, leather goods, sheathing, watchmaking, and jewelry.

The gradient collection of the Squama range highlights the natural pattern of the scales by subtly shading the texture and background of the leather. Each scale is delicately enhanced, bringing out the full depth and brilliance of the leather's color. Thanks to a glossy finish, the leather benefits from a uniform hue and increased resistance. The entire surface is then plated to set the scales and protect them from friction.

This salmon leather comes from an end-of-series batch. It has received the same treatments, finishes, and quality controls as our regular range. The only difference: it will not be restocked once the available quantity is sold out.

SALMON LEATHER CARE:
Apply a waterproofing agent suitable for this leather.
Hot stamping is not recommended on this type of leather.
