DIY BABY LEATHER BOOTIES KIT - CORAL
This complete coral-colored kit is high quality and easy to make. You can sew the seams on a home sewing machine or by hand .
You will need to cut out the different pieces of leather yourself, according to the desired size of the slipper. You can make slippers in sizes 15 to 26 (0 to 5 years).
The slippers are customizable; you can add patterns or bows.
- 1 piece of coral-colored leather, 30 x 40 cm - Thickness 1 mm
- 1 piece of taupe suede split leather, 20 x 20 cm - Thickness 1.1 mm
- 65 cm of black elastic, 4 mm wide
- 1 step-by-step instruction manual
- 1 pedometer
- 1 pattern with sizes 15 to 26 (0 to 5 years)
Required equipment (not provided) :
- 1 spool of polyester thread no. 40 - Diameter 0.35 mm
- 1 pair of scissors
- Optional: 1 piece of OEKO-TEX fabric measuring 50 (width) x 30 cm (not sold on our website) + leather glue
The leather is thin and supple, it can easily be sewn with a domestic sewing machine. Feel free to consult our guide on machine sewing leather .
The shape of the slippers is identical for the right and left foot.
