CLOSURE FOR LEATHER BAG
This clasp with rounded contours is perfect for creating a modern closure for your handbag, leather pouch, etc.
The two parts of the clasp fit into each other. The opening is done by pressing on the bottom part and pulling on the top part.
Material: Zamac
Finish: Light gold or nickel plated
Dimensions :
- Maximum dimensions of the closed clasp: 35 x 35 mm
- Maximum thickness: 12 mm
- Length of claws: 16 mm
- Maximum recommended leather thickness: 5 mm (if you have thinner leather, you must add a reinforcement behind)
Clasp assembly :
- Cut 2 5.5 mm slots in the leather to insert the tabs. Place the steel plate and spread the tabs of the clasp (as for a Parisian fastener) to hold the leather.
- The other part attaches to the flap of the bag using the 2 screws provided.
Please note : The light gold finish may have a slightly different shade depending on production batches.
