TOOL FOR REMOVING SNAPS AND RIVETS

You've spent hours creating a perfect piece, but a poorly placed snap or rivet can ruin everything. Don't let these mistakes spoil your leather creations anymore! This anvil is specially designed to easily remove rivets and snaps, without damaging the leather. It will also be very useful for removing a jeans snap.

This steel anvil is used with a handle to remove snaps and rivets (sold separately - ref. TA951).

This tool can remove:
- Single and double cap rivets
- Male and female parts of strong snaps (ring spring)
- Female parts of S-spring snaps (to remove the male part, you need to use cutting pliers)

Choose the anvil size that matches the size of the accessory you want to remove. The hole must be able to fully contain the accessory, but it should not be too large to avoid stretching the leather when striking.

4 sizes are available:

Hole Diameter
Recommended diameter of accessories to remove Deco Cuir rivet correspondence
7.5 mm 5 to 7 mm T2 / T3
9.8 mm 7.5 to 9.5 mm T3 / T4
13 mm 10 to 12.5 mm T6
15.5 mm 13 to 15 mm T7

Outer diameter of the anvil: 36 mm
The thickness of the anvil is 15 mm to prevent the striking handle from touching the workbench and deforming.
