The flanks we offer are all unique. They can vary in size, thickness, and flexibility. The shape can be more or less curved.

Available in two sizes:
- Small flank: Possible to cut a defect-free 4 x 18 cm rectangle
The total length is between 18 and 20 cm and the width is between 4 and 8 cm.
- Large flank: Possible to cut a defect-free 4 x 21 cm rectangle
The total length is between 21 and 30 cm and the width is between 4 and 8 cm.

Alligator leather information: This alligator leather comes from farms in the United States. The Mississippiensis alligator (Mississippi) is one of the 4 crocodilian leathers authorized for commercialization, along with the Niloticus crocodile (Nile), the Porosus crocodile (marine), and the caiman. Alligator leather is recognizable by its rounded scales on the flanks, which become more structured towards the center of the back.
Crocodile leather has more square scales, while caiman leather has triangular ones. These farm-raised leathers are of better quality because they have fewer scars.
