The paring knife is a tool used in leather goods to thin leather skins.
Good mastery of the paring knife requires a little practice on leather scraps.
High tensile steel blade that can be sharpened many, many times.
It has a beech wooden handle and a steel ring.
The small number inscribed on the handle with a blue stamp gives an authentic touch to this tool.
This blade is sold already sharpened but like all paring tools, it needs to be resharpened regularly for optimal use.
