IVAN LEATHER SKIVING KNIFE
This tool for right and left-handers is used to safely skive leather, i.e., to reduce its thickness to facilitate assemblies or make turn-ins. It thins most leather thicknesses without cutting too deeply. The firmer the leather, the easier it is to skive.It takes a little practice to master the tool, so don't hesitate to try it on scraps.
This skiving knife, made of black zamac, is equipped with an interchangeable razor blade.
