The Yoshiharu Kiridashi knife takes thinness to its extreme: a flat blade made of high-quality steel, sharpened like a razor, and slipped into a brass sheath.
This very flat knife is the minimalist expression of the Japanese knife. Easy to carry and store, it will accompany you wherever you go.

Crafted with traditional Japanese expertise, this compact and precise knife is particularly valued for leather paring and meticulous cutting work on leather, paper, thin wood, etc.

The steel blade, with a mirror finish, is chisel-ground (beveled on one side only). It is designed for right-handed users.

The handle and the blade's protective sheath are made of brass. This beautiful material will develop a patina over time, making your knife even more unique. A punch secures the assembly by joining the blade body with the brass handle. 

After use, we recommend applying a thin layer of oil to the blade to prevent oxidation, then storing it in its sheath to protect its edge.
