Description

LAMP MACHINE - TANDY LEATHER 3985-00

Save time when trimming your straps, belts, etc.

This beveler is very easy to use and allows you to round the 2 edges of your piece of leather evenly .

It is suitable for straps from 1.7 cm to 10 cm (11/16" to 4"). It can also be used on wider pieces of leather if you only square one edge at a time.

Each blade contains 6 cutting grooves. When the cut is less clean, turn the blade to the next number. After turning the 2 blades 6 times, swap them to use the other cutting face. The blades are unscrewed using the Allen key provided.

Using this squaring machine is very simple.
It automatically adapts to the thickness of the strap thanks to a spring system.
To break the edges of a strap, place it between the two blades, adjust the right blade, and tighten it with the screw. Pull the strap by hand. If it's difficult to pull at first, use the hook provided.
Before use, securely fix the machine to a workbench with 4 screws (not supplied).

The 2 blades supplied with the machine are size #2 blades, suitable for leather thickness of 3.2 to 4 mm (8 to 10 oz).
Other blade sizes are available to best suit different strip thicknesses (sold separately - Ref. 3985 ).
