These steel Chicago screws with back opening are perfect for attaching your belt buckles, bag handles, straps or other leather pieces.

Unlike the classic models, with a slotted head and a smooth head, this model has a slotted head and a head with a hole . This design reveals more or less the end of the screw depending on the screwing. It's up to you to choose which side to highlight on your leather creation, depending on the desired style.

The notched nut ensures good stability and prevents the screw from turning on the leather.

Assembly is simple: a flathead screwdriver is all you need. Chicago screws are ideal for adjustable or removable assemblies, as you can easily disassemble and reassemble your creations.

Easy assembly : Make a 5 mm diameter hole with a round punch in the leather then fix the Chicago screws with a flat screwdriver.

Tip : If your screw comes loose, you can put a small dot of glue or nail polish on the screw head to secure it. If you use too much, the screw may become permanently locked and your creation will no longer be able to be disassembled.
