High-strength steel slicer for the Vergez Blanchard "L'indispensable" brass scabbard.

- Blade length: 20 cm
- Width: 5.8mm
- Thickness: 1 mm
Several blade finishes are available:
- Double bevel for ambidextrous (cutting edge on both sides)
- Bevel on the right for right-handed
- Bevel on the left for left-handed
The tip of the blade is beveled and not pointed.
All Vergez Blanchard professional cutting tools are delivered pre-sharpened. For optimal use, we advise you to refine the sharpening using a strop and sharpening paste.
The blade can be sharpened many, many times.
Sold alone without the brass scabbard.
