Easy assembly without special tools:
- For the upper part:
Assembly is done by screwing after making a 9 mm diameter hole.
For this part, the leather should be between 3 and 4 mm thick. Glue leather washers inside the flap to increase the thickness of the leather if necessary.
- For the lower part:
Assembly is done by tabs that pass through the leather, then insert the steel backplate and bend the tabs from behind.
