BLACK PENETRATING LEATHER DYE
Renia dye allows you to dye all smooth leathers (vegetable-tanned and mineral-tanned) a deep black.
Its optimized formula penetrates to the core of the fibers for an even, streak-free, and intense color. The result is fast and long-lasting: once dry, the color does not rub off and does not fade over time.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
- Clean the leather thoroughly before dyeing, ideally with the acetone-based cleaner Renia R+L to remove all leather finishes and achieve better dye penetration.
- Wearing gloves is strongly recommended during application to avoid staining your skin.
- Shake the bottle before use.
- Apply the dye to slightly damp leather using a wool dauber, a brush, or an airbrush. A single application is generally sufficient. Repeat the operation if necessary until the desired intensity is achieved.
- After drying for 1 to 2 hours depending on the type of leather, polish the leather with a cloth to remove any excess dye.
- Apply a wax to nourish and protect the leather.
Work in a ventilated area.
Before any full application, it is recommended to test the product on a small, inconspicuous area.
Renia leather dye is ideal for dyeing shoes. It is not recommended for dyeing leather clothing or upholstery.
