ERTALON PLATE FOR ACCESSORY SETTING

Exclusive to Deco Cuir! We offer a small ERTALON plate, drilled with a hole in the center to insert the accessory setting dies of the blue hand press.

No more worries about placing an eyelet, rivet, or snap button in the center of a large piece of leather.
Simply place the base part of the setting die into the hole in this plate. Screw the upper part of the setting die into the setting handle (sold in store). Pierce the leather to place your accessory. To crimp the accessory, place it on the setting die and strike the handle with a mallet.

The 85 Shores nylon support has very high mechanical resistance. This very rigid and non-dampening material allows the setting die to transfer all its energy into the accessory setting on the leather when you strike it with a mallet.

The cutting block should be used on a stable surface for best results.
