This Barry King Tools furrow is ideal for professionals and leatherworking enthusiasts looking for quality and precision. This beautiful tool allows you to easily dig a deep, clean and regular furrow in firm leather (vegetable or mineral tanned).
This tree frog is delivered without a blade. To use it, blades of 3 different sizes (1.2 mm, 1.5 mm and 1.8 mm) are sold separately (Ref. TB271 ). The blade is inserted on the same axis as the handle, giving you better control and mastery of the depth of the furrow.
A groover is used for hand stitching: the groove helps protect the thread from friction and wear. It can also be used to make folding thick leather easier.
This professional groover allows you to make a groove between 2.5 mm and 23 mm from the edge of the leather. The stop is easily adjusted using the screw.
Featuring an ergonomic cocobolo wood handle, this tree frog combines comfort of use and aesthetics. The brass ring and stainless steel head complete this elegant design.
