OKA DIGGING FROW - LEATHER GROOVER
Designed by OKA in Japan , this leather groover is ideal for carving wide, clean, even grooves in firm leather (vegetable or mineral tanned) . By removing material, it makes it easier to fold thick leather, protects the sewing thread from friction and wear, or creates decorative grooves.
The blade is placed in the center of the tool for more precise tracing. We recommend using a ruler as a guide to achieve perfectly straight lines.
The hardened steel blade is easily replaced using the supplied Allen key. Replacement blades are available separately (ref. TB289 ).
The wooden handle is ergonomic. The non-slip area on the ferrule allows you to position your finger correctly to trace the groove.
