DECO LEATHER POLISHING BOARD MADE IN FRANCE
This board , made of solid beech wood , will allow you to make your strop to maintain the sharpening and sharpen "to leather" all your cutting tools, from knives to razors, to obtain a blade with a perfect edge.
The paste should be placed on the previously oiled piece of leather (flesh/crust side) by rubbing the stick vigorously.
You then need to pass the blade over the leather alternately front and back, respecting the cutting edge to gradually sharpen the steel of the blade.
Strop with an ergonomic handle for a better grip!
Deco Cuir Advice : For the first sharpening, start with wet paper (500 grit to start and finish with 1000 grit).
