LEATHER BELT BAG PATTERN - MACHINE SEWING

Make your own Luna bag, a trendy half-moon bag to machine sew. We offer three versions, depending on your needs: full-size paper pattern or PDF pattern to print, with or without a commercial license.

PAPER VERSION:

PDF VERSION WITH LICENSE:
Receive the PDF pattern in A4 format to print, accompanied by a commercial license certificate. This license authorizes you to freely sell your creations made from the Luna bag pattern, without mandatory mention of the Deco Cuir brand. License reserved for independent creators making their own items. Not valid for industrial production. Named license, non-refundable and non-transferable.

Discover a revisited version of the belt bag: the half-moon bag, named Luna Bag. Made of leather, it combines elegance and practicality to accompany you every day. Thanks to our detailed video, follow each step of the making, from cutting the pieces to the finishing touches.

This bag is sewn with a sewing machine. It is possible to sew it with a domestic sewing machine if the leather is supple and thin (approximately 1.2 mm thick).

Final bag dimensions:

• Height: 16 cm

To complete this tutorial, you will need:

• 1 leather hide - 0.65 to 0.75 m² surface minimum - approximately 1.3 mm thick.
  DOLCE suede leather or basane leather.
  The most delicate part is positioning piece P5 in the hide = this is the largest piece (92 cm strap). It is possible to adjust the length of the straps, for example to 82 cm for one and 32 cm for the other to fit the piece in the hide.
• 1 sliding buckle - Fine thread - Width: 2.5 cm
• 1 clip fastener - Width: 2.5 cm
• 2 T4 double cap rivets
• 1 metal zipper - 4 mm coil - 15 cm length
• 1 metal zipper - 6 mm coil - 30 cm length
• Double-sided tape 5 mm wide
• Tear-resistant tape 15 mm wide
  
• Contact glue for leather

• Fabric for lining: 140 or 120 cm wide x 40 cm.

And the following equipment:

• 1 cutter or scissors
• 1 sewing machine
• 1 spool of polyester thread n°30 (diameter 0.41 mm)
• 1 round punch Ø 3 mm
• 1 skiving knife or blade
