This license authorizes you to freely sell your creations made from the Luna bag pattern, without the mandatory mention of the Deco Cuir brand. License reserved for independent creators making their items themselves. Not valid for industrial production. Nominative, non-refundable, and non-transferable license.

Discover a revisited version of the fanny pack: the half-moon bag, named the Luna Bag. Designed in leather, it combines elegance and practicality to accompany you in your daily life. Thanks to our detailed video, follow each step of the construction, from cutting the pieces to the final touches.

Sewing this bag is done on a sewing machine. It is possible to sew it with a home sewing machine if the leather is soft and thin (approximately 1.2 mm thick).

Final dimensions of the bag:

• Height: 16 cm

To complete this tutorial, you will need:

• 1 leather hide - 0.65 to 0.75 m² of minimum surface area - about 1.3 mm thick.
  DOLCE suede split leather or sheepskin leather (basane).
  The most delicate part consists of positioning piece P5 on the hide = this is the largest piece (92 cm strap). It is possible to adjust the length of the straps, for example to 82 cm for one and 32 cm for the other to fit the piece onto the hide.
• 1 slider buckle - Thin thread - Width: 2.5 cm
• 1 clip fastener - Width: 2.5 cm
• 2 double cap T4 rivets
• 1 metal zipper - 4 mm mesh - 15 cm long
• 1 metal zipper - 6 mm mesh - 30 cm long
• Double-sided tape width 5 mm
• Tear-resistant tape width 15 mm
  
• Contact adhesive for leather

• Fabric for the lining: 140 or 120 cm width x 40 cm.

And the following equipment:

• 1 cutter or scissors
• 1 sewing machine
• 1 spool of polyester thread no. 30 (diameter 0.41 mm)
• 1 round punch Ø 3 mm
• 1 skiving knife or blade
