Description

BEVELER STAMP - LEATHER CARVING

The beveler is an essential carving tool, used to sculpt the contours of a design. It is the first tool, after the swivel knife, that allows you to add dimension to a design. Beveler stamps can be smooth or textured.

XX Steep beveler stamps have a more pronounced angle (40°) than "standard" bevelers (30°) to accentuate the relief. They are useful for improving precision on small designs.

This XX Steep Checkered beveler stamp is checkered, which provides good adhesion for dye or patina and enhances the relief effect when coloring. It is available in 4 sizes.

Barry King Tools is a high-end American manufacturer of leatherworking tools. These stamps are renowned for their quality and precision. Originally specializing in the "Floral" style, Barry King Tools stamps can be used to create all styles of carving.
