Very high quality saddler's hammer, made of carbon steel forged in one piece. It offers great striking power and excellent handling, even in hard-to-reach areas.

This hammer is hand forged and then tempered, making it strong and durable. The ends are smooth for shaping leather or flattening seams without damaging the leather.
The exotic wood handle is decorated with brass rivets that hold the steel part. The inscriptions "1823" and "Blanchard" are engraved on both sides of the handle to recall the historical character of this beautiful object.
A stiffener is inserted on the head of the 600 g hammer to reduce vibrations.
This traditional saddler's hammer will suit all lovers of leatherwork and craftsmanship. The assembly and finishing are carried out manually in France in the Vergez Blanchard workshop. Each piece thus has a unique and authentic appearance.
Deco Cuir Advice : Do not hit metal objects with this hammer, this will cause marks that will appear on the leather.
