PINS FOR LEATHER
Make your life easier with these pins specially designed for sewing leather!
The pins are easily fixed in the holes made before, in order to hold your pieces during sewing.
Available in 2 needle lengths:
- 12 mm : Allows you to maintain a leather thickness of 0-6mm
- 18 mm : Allows you to maintain a leather thickness of 6-12mm
Matter :
- Pin head: stainless steel
- Needle: Steel
- Base: Brass
Dimensions:
- Head diameter: 9mm (hole diameter: 4mm)
- Base: 14x5mm
Use: insert the needle into the leather at the level of the holes made on your creation. Then insert it on the other side in the brass part and tighten the 2 pieces in order to maintain the pieces of leather correctly. Place the pins evenly to keep your creation aligned. Make your seam by removing the pins as you go. To detach the pins, pull the head from the brass base.
Tip: during the first use, the pins can be hard to open, do not hesitate to turn them to detach them.
