Assembly instructions :
- Mounts with a setting tool for T35 or T41 rivets (separately).
- Make a 3 mm diameter hole in your parts to be assembled. Pass the rivet through the inside of your parts. Thread the washer, then tighten it using the installation tool. Cut off the excess material with pliers, leaving about 2 mm of material. Start peening using the concave part of the installation tool. Finish the assembly by peening the rod onto the washer with a hammer.
- The matting operation must be carried out on a firm work surface, you can put an Ertalon plate to protect your support and the head of the rivet.
