Ring (or bridge) on a plate linked with a rotating link.
It allows you to create a rotating design. It can be used to make dog leashes and collars, handle ends, bag handles, straps, shoulder straps, harnesses, or any other creations.
The plate can be attached using double-cap rivets (not supplied). Insert the base into the plate and place the head underneath.
