REPLACEMENT BLADE FOR EXCELLENCE AWL
Rhombus-shaped replacement blade for awl with pliers from Jérôme David. This blade fits standard and excellence range awls with a base diameter of 3 mm (saddler). This blade is used to transform a saddler's awl (3mm width) into a leather goods awl (2mm width).
The shape of the blade has been perfectly designed to penetrate leather like butter, but also to be able to pull out without feeling that slight sticking point typical of ordinary awls.
To change the blade, you must remove the worn one by unscrewing the TORX N°6 screw on the side.
