Opt for our DIY kit to create the Roma bag, an elegant, modern, and 100% handmade model. This compact and refined bag, with clean lines, can be worn both as a shoulder bag and carried by hand. Leather characteristics:
Exterior: denim blue V69 suede split leather, 1.5 mm thick.
Interior: natural VELVET pig suede split leather, for a luxurious feel and neat finish.

Kit contents
- 1 piece of suede split leather (surface suitable for the project)
- 1 piece of Salpa Synderme reinforcement (30 x 40 cm, 0.6 mm thick)
- 1 piece of natural VELVET pig suede split leather (for inner lining)
- 15 cm of sugherite inner reinforcement for handle (10 mm width)
- 1.50 m of beige Nylon strap (20 mm width)
- 1 beige zipper, nickel-plated metal (4 mm width, 15 cm length)
- 2 round neodymium magnets (23 x 3 mm)
- 2 nickel-plated swivel snap hooks (oval attachment, 15 mm width)
- 2 brass double cap rivets, nickel-plated finish (T3)
- 2 rectangular steel loops, nickel-plated finish (20 mm width)
- 2 D-rings in steel, nickel-plated finish (16 mm width)
- 1 spool of beige 28/2 cotton polyester thread (Ø 0.38 mm)

Not supplied in the kit :
- 1 cutter and a ruler or a pair of scissors
- 1 tear-resistant tape
- 1 double-sided tape

This bag can be sewn with a sewing machine or by hand using saddle stitch or simplified stitch (with holes). We recommend a semi-professional machine for sewing this bag. Feel free to consult our guide on sewing leather by machine.

CARE TIPS FOR SUEDE SPLIT LEATHER

To maintain the velvety appearance of your split leather, we recommend using a crepe brush or a special velvet cleaner. It is also advisable to first protect your bag using a leather-appropriate waterproofing spray. Feel free to consult our care products suitable for suede leather.
