DIY BELT KIT

Deco cuir has created this kit for you to make your own full-grain leather belt. This strap is cut from vegetable-tanned butt leather, has 7 holes, and a pointed end. Easy to assemble with 2 antique brass Chicago screws, simply choose your interchangeable buckle (compatible with pin buckles).

Beginner level: no technical knowledge required, detailed instructions provided. To adjust to your size, one cut and two holes are all that's needed.

Due to the manufacturing process, the strap width may vary slightly.

This 120 cm length is perfect for trousers sizes 44 to 54 (EUR).

The kit includes:
- 1 leather strap, 3.1 mm thick
- 1 belt loop
- 1 chape
- 2 antique brass Chicago screws
- 1 assembly instruction manual

Tools needed:
- 1 belt buckle
- 1 screwdriver
- 1 x 4 mm leather punch
- 1 x cutter

Features:
- Colour: Cognac
- Tanning: Vegetable
- Grain: Smooth
- Finish: Conditioned

Deco cuir tip: For a beautiful finish, you can work the leather edges with an edge finish or a finishing gum (e.g., tokonole).

Leather information: This is a finished leather, meaning you cannot do tooling on it, but hot stamping works very well.
On the flesh side, this leather is resined, which gives it a beautiful finish.
