DIY BELT KIT

Deco Cuir has created this kit for you to make your own full-grain leather belt. This strap is cut from vegetable-tanned butt, and features 7 holes and an ogive-shaped tip.
Easy to assemble with 2 Chicago screws, simply choose your belt according to the width of your interchangeable buckle (compatible with pin buckles).

Beginner level: no technical knowledge required, detailed instructions are provided. To size it to you, a cut and 2 holes are enough.

Due to the manufacturing process, the strap width may vary slightly.

What size to order?
100 cm: for pant sizes (EUR) 34 to 42
120 cm: for pant sizes (EUR) 44 to 54

The kit includes:
- 1 leather strap, 3.1 mm thick
- 1 belt loop
- 1 belt end cap
- 2 Nickel-plated Chicago screws
- 1 assembly instruction manual

- 1 belt buckle
- 1 screwdriver
- 1 leather punch (4 mm)
- 1 utility knife

Deco Cuir tip: For a beautiful finish, you can work the edges of the leather with an edge finish or a finishing gum (e.g. Tokonole).

Leather info: This is a finished leather, which means you cannot do tooling on it, but hot stamping works very well.
On the flesh side, this leather is resined, which gives it a beautiful finish.
