The paint is flexible and resistant to cracking, it has prolonged durability.
The colors mix together.
• Angelus stripper preparer is essential for thoroughly cleaning your leather support before painting.
It deglazes factory finishes on shoes, bags, saddles, etc.
It can be used on any type of leather, and only leather. Not for use on plastic or rubber.
This preparation step will guarantee better adhesion of the paint, better resistance to scratches and wear and will prevent cracking.
Be sure to let the Angelus primer and stripper dry for at least 24 hours before painting.

Leather Deco Info :
Angelus paints are quality paints with a high pigment content. The paint must be mixed well by shaking the bottle vigorously before use. Some colors are difficult to mix and small lumps may appear during application. You just have to smooth them with the brush to make them disappear. This is normal and does not constitute a quality defect.
Recommendations for use for shoes :
- It is very important to prepare your shoe before it receives the paint to obtain an optimal result. Clean it carefully, even if it is new, with Angelus pre-paint preparer and cleaner.
In the case of very smooth leather such as patent leather, you can sand the surface very lightly with very fine sanding paper so that the paint sticks well.
- When painting, be sure to apply very thin layers to avoid cracking when drying. The paint is applied with a brush. Let the Angelus paint dry well between two coats. Never dry the paint with a hairdryer, it could crack.
- If you want to lighten a color, you can use neutral paint (ref. WZ720_004 ).
- Secure and protect your painting with a standard acrylic finish or a reinforced 4-coat finish. We advise you to apply 2 or 3 coats. This will greatly reduce wear and scratches on your leather.
Brush care :
- Do not let the paint dry on the brushes.
- Do not let paint enter the ferrule.
- Clean immediately after each use with Angelus brush cleaner ( WA075 ) or soapy water.
- Do not let brushes sit in water.
