V-SHAPED LEATHER GROOVING TOOLS

Create small grooves in leather with the V-gouge.

This allows you to embed the stitching in the leather and prevent it from wearing out due to friction.
You can also remove material from the flesh side to facilitate leather folding.
It is also used to create special cuts, or for decorative purposes by removing small leather grooves from the edges of pieces.

This tool can be used for pouches, cases, handbags, where a sharp folding angle is desired.

The blades are adjustable to the desired cutting depth with a guard to prevent cutting too deeply.
