This template is perfect for checking your seam allowance as you go to avoid any deviation and achieve a consistent seam. You just need to place the template against the edge of your creation to ensure the allowance remains the same. Its use is so simple and the reading so reliable that you won't be able to do without it.

This star-shaped tool has five notches (2 mm, 2.5 mm, 3 mm, 3.5 mm, 4 mm) to allow you to measure most common seam allowances.
Made from rigid acrylic, this template is durable and stable when taking measurements. Its compact size makes it easy to store in a sewing box or keep handy in your leathercraft workshop.

Usage tips: The black part must be firmly positioned against the edge of the piece. To find the correct allowance, the stitch should be in the center of the notch.
